ST HAIR offers its talents to ladies and gentlemen in cutting, styling, colouring, application of treatment lines, waxing, lash and brow tinting, special events and wedding design. See our Pricing Structure for a detailed list of services.
Before any service begins, a complimentary consultation is conducted with each guest to define their personal style, goals and needs, as well as their and expectations of the ST Hair experience. All guests receive an honest discussion about the ability to achieve those goals and needs without compromising the hair's integrity.
Education of the products and styling required to achieve the look at home continue throughout the appointment. At the conclusion of the appointment a personalized prescription, with detailed instructions to reinforce the chair education during home maintenance, is provided to the client.
Pricing Structure
ST HAIR's pricing structure is a la carte and categorized according to the Stylist's education and experience, ranging from Master Stylist to Educator. Our a la carte pricing structure affords you the ability to move freely between stylists to best accommodate your needs.

Our Policies
Our policies are designed to maintain the highest level of service possible as well as the utmost respect between guests and the salon. Policies are enforced in fairness to ALL guests. Please be familiar with all policies as they relate directly to the level of services provided and the standards upheld at ST HAIR.
A La Carte Pricing Structure
All services area la carte- Our salon allows for a mix-and-match approach to best suit the needs of our guests. Please feel free to arrange your services in the manner most convenient for you.
Cancellation Policy
A minimum of two hours notice is required to cancel an appointment. Notice of less than two hours will be considered a no-show.
Late Arrivals
ST HAIR reserves the right to reschedule any late arrivals. Guest arriving 20 minutes may need to be rescheduled.
Deposits
No-shows, late arrivals and cancellations giving less than two hours notice will be required to pay a 50% deposit before another appointment may be scheduled.
Our salon understands the need to cancel or reschedule appointments, which is why we allow a two-hour grace period. Emergencies within that time frame are also understandable. The required deposit is a good-faith deposit which is used as a credit toward the next appointment. The deposit will be forfeited should the next appointment be canceled without the minimum two hours notice or should the client fail to show up.
No Shows
Two no shows within six consecutive months may result in future service being refused.
Confirmation Email
Confirmation emails are a courtesy only. All policies regarding no-shows apply regardless of the receipt, or lack thereof, of a confirmation email.
Children
As a courtesy to other guests, please arrange for childcare for any children, under the age of 7, who are not receiving services. Our salon strives to create a relaxing environment for all guests.
Cell Phones
Please refrain from the use of cell phones during services.
Check Policy
ST HAIR accepts personal checks. Any returned check will result in a $30 surcharge. Failure to rectify payment for a returned check will result in legal action.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates expire 12 months from date of purchase.
Service Concerns
Any concerns regarding a recent service must be conveyed within 72 hours. After 72 hours, any additional services will be provided according to the current pricing structure. A consultation will be booked with the same stylist to express your concerns. Should you wish to use another stylist; any pricing difference will be charged.
Returns
No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Product may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase.
